Mission: The Grinnell Area Garden Club was organized in 1993 by a group of local gardeners with the purpose of enriching and educating its members in the fields of gardening and plants. Meetings have featured a variety of programs during the year as well as serving to plan for the beautification of the community by sponsorship of gardening projects. In addition, the club has awarded grants to other groups for community improvement.
